• We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
• Pack the item securely and drop it at any post office.
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened skincare products, items marked "Final Sale," and gift cards cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will ship a replacement at no cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Are the $1 deals real products?

Yes — these are sample-sized or introductory products we offer at cost to let you try before committing. Full sizes are available in our main collection.
